Orders

How do I place an order?

Simply visit our shop page, select the products you would like to purchase and add it to your shopping cart. Once you have added the item to your cart, you have a limited time to purchase before it is released from your cart and added back to the inventory of that sale, so be quick! Once the items you’d like to purchase are in your cart and you are ready to pay for them, use the checkout button in the top right hand corner to review your cart. Here you will need to enter your billing and shipping addresses, and choose your method of payment. Then it’s simply a matter of confirming your payment details and you’re done!

Has my order gone through?

MrAndMrsRice.com orders that are successful will receive order confirmation via email. You can also view and track your order and it’s status via the ‘Track My Order’ link located at the top right hand side of any of our pages. If you are unsure as to the status of your order, please contact us and we will assist you further.

Payment

What payment options do I have?
Mr & Mrs Rice offers a number of payment methods (Visa/MasterCard/American Express) all via PayPal.

Is it safe to use my credit card?
Mr&Mrs Rice accepts payments for goods through PayPal offering a complete payment gateway service, honouring credit card processing via the secure online server.
All information including credit card details are encrypted through SSL 128 byte encryption technology.

Will I pay any customs fees or taxes?
All of our orders are sent to our valued customers directly from our Australian headquarters.
Mr&Mrs Rice is not responsible for any customs fees or taxes applicable to orders delivered outside Australia.

What Currency is your store in?
Please note all prices are listed in Australian Dollars. GST applies to the items listed on this site. All shipping costs are listed in Australian Dollars. Paying through PayPal? they will convert the rate to your local currency.

Shipping

Mr & Mrs Rice use Australia Post and their associated partners for all national and international purchases.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide & Perth Metro Area
Receive your order within 2-5 business days from the day your order was placed.

The Rest of Australia (including Rural Areas)
Receive your order within 4-7 business days from the day your order was placed.

International Orders
Will all depend on your location, we always supply a tracking number so you can stay in touch with your parcel .

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes! Pretty much everywhere. All national purchases ship with the Australia Post. All international purchase ship with Australia Post and their associated partners. Please note that on International packages that tracking is at extra cost. Also, remember your country may levy taxes, customs fees, or import duties on the purchase that you’ll be responsible for.

How Do I Track My Order?

To track your order please head to the Track your Order page accessible via the top of our website, then enter your Order ID in the box below and press return. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Returns

Mr and Mrs Rice’s Return Policy – is a non-returnable, ‘A Final Sale’ on all Vintage and Antique items, and is stated on each products listing page.  Age appropriate wear is part of buying Vintage and Antiques and this is a Disclaimer that you are buying used items that may have wear and/or flaws which the pictures cannot depict. NO warranty of any kind implied or expressed is offered. All sales are final and non-returnable. All collectibles & antique furniture are sold AS IS.

All shipping charges are non-refundable with the exception of damaged merchandise due to shipping. You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise.  You “Must” keep all the original packaging and return the product in the original packaging within 10 days to receive credit.

All merchandise and furniture whether refused or it does not fit through an entryway will be refunded in merchandise or store credit only. And shipping charges are non-refundable and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted.

Hire and Loan of products

Record Grading

As we also list our records on eBay we use their system for grading, full details of their grading system can be found here. We also endeavour to include as many photos of our actual records so you can see what your buying.
